Copyright Policy
Prompt Hero respects the rights of creators and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to report content that copies your work and what happens next.
Our approach
Prompts and images on the site are posted by creators, not by us. Creators must post only their own work or work they have permission to share. When we receive a valid complaint, we act on it quickly.
What you should not post
- Images, photos or artwork made by someone else and passed off as yours
- Prompts copied word for word from another creator or website without permission
- Content that uses another person’s brand, logo or protected characters in a way that infringes their rights
- Photos of real people used without their permission
How to report infringement
Use the contact form with the Copyright complaint topic, or email admin@promptheroo.com. Please include:
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the work you own, with a link to the original if it is online
- The link (URL) of the post on promptheroo.com that you say infringes your work
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorised to act for the owner
Incomplete complaints may take longer to handle. Please do not make false claims. Knowingly sending a false complaint can have legal consequences.
What happens next
- We review the complaint and may contact you for more detail.
- If the claim looks valid, we remove or disable the content and tell the creator who posted it.
- Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content lose posting access or are closed.
If your content was removed
If you think your content was removed by mistake, contact us with the link to the post and an explanation of why you have the right to use it, such as proof that you created it. We will review it and may restore the post if the claim does not hold.
AI-generated images
Images on Prompt Hero are generated with AI tools. Creators remain responsible for checking the terms of the tool they used and for making sure their prompt or image does not copy a specific person’s artwork or protected content.
Our own content
The design, text, logo and software of Prompt Hero are protected. Please do not copy them without written permission.
