Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit or use Prompt Hero (promptheroo.com). Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
2. Your account
- Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create extra accounts to get around a block, a limit or the Creator League rules.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Posting content
You may publish prompts and images only if they are your own work, or you have the right to share them. Everything you post must follow our creator guidelines. In particular, you must not post sexual, nude or explicit content, any sexual content involving minors, hateful or harassing content, graphic violence, illegal content, spam or anything that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Licence you give us
You keep ownership of what you post. By publishing, you give Prompt Hero a free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, display, resize, copy, promote and distribute your content on the site, in search results and on our social media pages, for as long as the content is on the site. You also allow visitors to copy your prompt text and use it in their own AI tools.
5. Prompts and AI-generated images
Prompts are shared so people can try them in AI tools. We do not promise that a prompt will give the same result for everyone, because AI models change and behave differently. You are responsible for checking the terms of any AI tool you use and for how you use any image you create.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We check text and images automatically and may also review them by hand. We can refuse, hold, edit or remove any content, and we can warn, limit, suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without notice, if we think these terms or our guidelines are broken. Repeated violations lead to loss of posting access. Content involving minors in a sexual context leads to an immediate and permanent block and may be reported to the authorities.
7. Posting limits
To prevent misuse we may limit how many posts, sign-ups or messages can be made in a period, and how many and how large your image uploads can be. These limits can change.
8. Creator League and prizes
The Creator League ranks creators by unique copies of their prompts each month. Rankings and prizes are explained on the Creator League page. We may remove fake, automated or self-made activity, correct rankings, disqualify accounts that cheat, and change, pause or end the league or its prizes at any time. Prizes are paid only to eligible winners after the month ends and any checks we need to make. Taxes on prizes are the winner’s responsibility.
9. Not allowed
- Scraping, copying the site in bulk or using bots to collect content
- Creating fake copies, likes or saves, or using tools to boost numbers
- Trying to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site
- Uploading malware or links to harmful sites
- Pretending to be another person or organisation
10. Our rights
The site design, name, logo and software belong to Prompt Hero or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Content posted by creators belongs to the respective creators.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our copyright page.
12. Ads, analytics and third-party services
The site shows ads (for example through Google AdSense) and uses analytics (Google Analytics). Ads are supplied by third parties, and we do not control or endorse them. Please do not click ads in a way that is meant to generate revenue for us or for creators, and do not use tools to do so. The site also links to or works with other services such as Google sign-in. 13. Disclaimer
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or secure, or that any prompt will give a particular result. Content is posted by users, and we do not promise that it is accurate, original or suitable for your purpose.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prompt Hero and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, income or reputation, arising from your use of the site or from content posted by users.
15. Ending your use
You may stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as licence, disclaimer and liability) will continue after your account ends.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
